Flexibility/Recovery
Adding stretching to your workout routine can have dramatic effect on the results you get. Stretching for a few minutes after you warm up can enhance your workout and prevent injuries. Try hanging from a chin up bar, twisting side to side after warm up or cardio and before weight training to do basic upper body muscle stretch, posture reset, and back alignment in just 60 seconds.
 
Stretching Tips
1. Never stretch cold muscles. Be sure to warm them up before stretching.
2. Hold each stretch for 30-60 seconds to give your muscles time to adapt to the stretch.
3. Never bounce in a stretching pose or force a muscle into a position that causes pain. Let it release.
4. Relax and breathe deeply and slowly while holding each stretch position.
5. If you are stretching your arms, legs or sides, remember to stretch both sides equally

Spartan SGX Training Tip: Workout of the Day (WOD) Wednesday
Spartan 30: Strength Edition
This workout is called the 30 because its 30 seconds on and 30 seconds recovery. The main set is 5:00 incorporating Lunges, Pushups, Box Jumps, Burpees, and Wall Sits. Repeat as needed.

Beginners Perform Main Set 3x.
Advanced Perform Main Set 8+ times, then complete 2-3 mile run.
