Daily Thought 2017
A New Year
The festive season is over, we now turn our attention to the new year and what we have planned for it. The year 2017 has been a momentous one for me and I have huge plans to build on that for 2018. The new relationships that I will make and the strengthening of the relationships I have built over the many years working as a health and fitness advocate and fitness entrepreneur excite me. Thanks to the many supporters of our new venture at Kinetic Heights, we have big plans to roll out our health and fitness programs this month and introduce our OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) program this January.
In 2018 The Daily Thought Blog will collaborate with Kinetic Heights Challenge Center with additional tech support from Polar Electro makers of wearable training technology. I recommit to my daily ritual of over 10 years to read and write each day as a devotional and a way to advocate for the causes I care deeply about. Many you have been receiving my blog for years now and can continue to receive this daily coaching email. Please just confirm you want to continue to receive this daily email here. If you are a current Live Well Charlotte client you will continue to receive the Daily Thought for free going forward. If you value this blog you can help support it with a subscription for 1 year at $12. Thank you to all those who have already confirmed or joined our subscribers program. Proceeds will go to Camp Blue Skies Foundation to provide support for adults with developmental disabilities.
Let’s renew our commitment to self care and the mindset of continued personal growth and improvement.
