Spending the day with family is one of the best ways I know to recharge my soul. Remembering why we work so hard all year long gives new meaning to the desire to keep going. Resting the body from training is one way to renew the willpower to continue challenging ourselves everyday. To refocus ourselves on our goals and the reasons we set these goals can add increased determination to persevere when things get difficult. Enjoy your family and friends this holiday and remember why you choose to work hard throughout the year. Connect with the values and people in your life that make it worth living to renew your determination to succeed for them and yourself. Rest up 2018 is going to be really BIG!
