The Law of Contribution – Growing Yourself Enables You to Grow with Others
What you do to make life better for others will define your commitment to being in contribution as part of your personal growth. In the end we will all be evaluated by what we were able to do to make a difference in our world. A difference for one or many, the reward is the same; the satisfaction of helping another, to make life better for those around us.
Be a River Not a Reservoir – a river receives water and passes it on, a reservoir seeks to hold water for later. It takes an abundance mindset, a belief we will continue to receive therefore we can give some away.

Holiday Survival Tip #16 Drink Plenty of Water
Drinking water during the holidays can help you eat and drink less. Keeping your body well hydrated will decrease cravings for fluid that we sometimes confuse as hunger. We then eat until we finally drink something and satisfy the thirst. Save all those calories by starting with water. When you think you are hungry, drink a glass of water, if you are still hungry then eat something sensible. If you were just a little dehydrated you will satisfy the need and not eat all those calories. Staying well hydrated also allows your body to be more efficient and burn more calories all day long. So for the holidays drink water first ask questions later!
