Daily Thought
Are You Really Worth All The Trouble?
What you think about yourself is a determining factor in your personal success. Many times in life we are our own toughest critics, holding ourselves back for a variety of reasons. Looking around at others or circumstances for the reason why we have not reached the level of success we desire, when the reasons reside within us. It was this very concept that created the daily thought journal and then this blog. Our internal conversation will be the single most important conversation we have each day. What we choose to read, watch, or hear everyday will impact our thoughts and then actions. Choosing to listen to the masters of our times, rather than our own self-doubt and others lack of vision can shore up your self-esteem and will be a critical daily choice. You are worth any effort you can make to improve yourself and grow. The difference between those who succeed and those who don’t is the belief in yourself more than anything else. We were all born with the same potential, we have different gifts, but we have the same potential. Do you believe you are capable of great things? It is the starting point to achieving what you were created for. Start your internal conversation every day with affirmations that you are worth it and it’s time to start acting like it!

Alcohol calories are considered to be “empty calories” (no nutritional value), and tend to lead to more consumption of additional food calories as well. The dehydration that occurs in association with alcohol consumption is 1 ounce of alcohol will dehydrate 8 ounces of water from your body, reducing your metabolic rate.
