Create a new conversation with yourself that will have you living the life you see for yourself. Every action you take to live younger starts with a thought.
“We are what we think. All that we are arises from our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.” Buddha

Change the conversation that you are having with yourself about your health. After reviewing some of the great books of our times on the subject I created the DT to influence the conversation in my own thoughts. A Daily ritual of journaling to begin for me to shift my thinking and learn from experts like Dr Steven Covey, Jim Collins, Dr Jim Leohr who all have written on the personal leadership challenge we all face to balance life and stay productive, and healthy for many years. Dr Henry Lodge wrote “Younger Next Year” about the science of the human body and mind, this guide to Living Well in the modern age is based on these masters and more. Join me every day in a ritual that will change the conversation internally and with those you care about on how to live well. We all know what we need to do to live healthy, what we need is a daily focus, and the latest science, and just a little nudge some days. The quotes from great leaders help us rise up above the mundane to seek to be great, know that each one of us matter, and we can do good, if we stay vital all our lives. This is my stand for creating a healthier world one person at a time. What thoughts you allow into your mind, will inevitably come out in your actions. Let health become more of a focus in your life by adding a daily conversation with yourself though reading. Maybe start your own journal. Writing it down makes it much more real!
Daily Thought Pillars: Reading List
This is the reading list and the basis for this work. Along with much health and wellness research from many institutions like WebMD, NIH, Welcoa, Human Performance Institute, and many more. With over 20 years experience as a Personal Trainer, Coach and Wellness Adviser my daily journal represents the commitment to change the way you think about living healthy. These great authors share their wisdom if we are willing to listen enough to use it.
